Opening a Technology Support Ticket

Go the Teacher Weebly Site (http://nlmusd.weebly.com/teacher-links.html) and look for the link on top row.

Once you log in you should see the below webpage.
 
You can click Submit New Ticket or use the Quick Ticket shortcuts (Hardware Repair Request, Software Help, etc.)
 
 
 
 
Fill out the information or choose from drop downs if available. Then click Submit. That's it! You will receive a confirmation email and link to check the status of your ticket.
